Checks run independently of Kuartal's application hosting. Failed checks are retried before an incident is declared. Authentication-required responses are evaluated against each endpoint's expected behavior.
A monitoring outage or missing telemetry is shown as Unverified, never as operational. Historical percentages are only shown after enough valid samples have been collected.
